This Shipping Policy explains how LAOCOM processes and delivers orders.
1) Delivery Area
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact support@laocom.com for assistance.
2) Order Processing Time
- Order cutoff: 5:00 PM (17:00) GMT on business days
- Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day are included in that day's processing queue
- Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed starting the next business day
- Processing (handling) time: 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) from the processing start date
3) Transit Time
- Estimated transit time: 6-12 business days (Monday-Friday) to all destinations
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics capacity, customs processing, holidays, weather, or peak demand
4) Total Estimated Delivery Time
- Processing: 1-4 business days
- Transit: 6-12 business days
- Total estimate: 7-16 business days from the order date (all destinations)
5) Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. No additional handling fees are charged.
6) Delivery Address Accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout.
If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery delays, return-to-sender events, or re-delivery arrangements may occur.
7) Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email your tracking details.

Tracking updates may appear 3-8 business days after dispatch.
8) Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered delivered when the carrier marks it as delivered.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your parcel, contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation.
