How do I register?
Click the account icon in the top navigation, select "Create account," then enter your email, password, and name.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use "Forgot your password?" on the account page and follow the reset instructions.

How can I track my order?
After shipping, we send a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You can also check your order history in your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact customer support as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped (or a shipping confirmation is sent), changes and cancellations are no longer available.
Do you have coupons or promotions?
Please check the latest campaign information on the website or newsletter.

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept credit cards only. PayPal is not supported.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Personal and payment information is encrypted, and transactions are checked for fraud.
When will I be charged?
A payment authorization may be made at checkout to verify card validity. The actual charge is made when items are shipped.
What currency is used for payment?
Orders are processed in GBP (British Pound Sterling). Display prices in other currencies may vary based on exchange rates.

What shipping options and costs are available?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries. If your country is not listed, please contact customer support.
How long does shipping take?
Weekend/holiday orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes about 1-2 weeks depending on region.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible before shipment. Please contact support immediately. Address changes are not possible after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges
What are the return conditions?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Final sale items, freebies, and gift cards are not returnable.
How do I return an item?
Contact customer support to request a return first. If approved, return instructions will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
How long does a refund take?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we notify you of approval status. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method. Bank/card processing times may vary.
Is return shipping free?
We do not currently provide prepaid return labels. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, partial or full refund support may be provided depending on the case.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are generally limited to one time, so please confirm details before requesting.
